Children’s Advocacy Center appoints new Executive Director
Wilmington, DE, June 30 -- The Board of Trustees
of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Delaware, Inc. announced
that it has appointed Randall Williams as its Executive Director.
Mr. Williams, a life- long resident of the state, joins The
Children’s Advocacy Center after a 29-year public service career
with the State of Delaware, where he most recently served as The
Court Administrator for the Family Court. He received his
undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and resides
with his wife and two children in New Castle County.
“I am delighted that Randy is joining our
agency after a long career of public service with the Family Court,”
said Matthew Lynch, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The
Children’s Advocacy Center. “Our Board of Directors is excited that
we were able to appoint an Executive Director who has deep Delaware
roots, strong management and leadership skills, as well as many
years of experience in Delaware’s criminal and civil justice
systems. Randy’s experience coupled with his strong commitment and
dedication to serving the children and families of our state make
him ideally suited for the position.”
The Children’s Advocacy Center of Delaware,
Inc. is a non-profit organization that advocates and intervenes on
behalf of abused children to reduce the devastating long-term
effects of child abuse on children, their families and society. The
Center, with locations in all three Delaware counties, provides a
child-friendly setting to coordinate services that expedite the
investigation and prosecution of child abuse cases while ensuring
the victims receive effective, immediate and sensitive support.
